The garden measures approx. 75ft x 40ft and is a particular feature of the property, providing a high degree of privacy and seclusion, laid to lawn with mature tree and shrub planting and large terrace area. The garage has an adjoining workshop with power and light connected.Directions

From Saffron Walden take the B184 (towards Great Chesterford), taking the first turning on the left into the village of Littlebury. Proceed through the village and at the main road junction turn right on to the B1383 and upon entering the village of Great Chesterford turn right following signs to Ickleton. Continue into the village and turn right into Church Street and the property will be found on the left hand side identified by the brick and flint garage."
