A bespoke executive home on a small modern development in the popular village of Melbourn, with quick and easy access to both Royston and Cambridge.

On entering the property there is a spacious hallway with a cloakroom on your right hand side and stairs leading to the first floor. The main reception room is off the hallway, featuring beautiful hardwood flooring, a log burner, handmade English coving and bay window. To the rear of the property is the kitchen/breakfast room with an array of kitchen units fitted to base and eye-level and space for dining. The kitchen features all integrated Miele appliances, a five ring gas hob, double oven and Quartz worktops. There is a separate utility room at the end of garage accessed from the kitchen, and bi-fold doors onto the garden. The entirety of the ground floor has under-floor heating.
