"This is a 3 bed semi-detached house with 2 double and 1 good sized single bedrooms. Property has downstairs cloakroom and conservatory.

PROPERTY Entrance to the property is via the UPVC front door that leads into a small hallway with stairs leading to the first floor and a door into the lounge that has a UPVC double glazed window to the front, coving to textured ceiling, TV point, dado rail and electric fireplace.

The kitchen has UPVC double glazed window to the rear and has matching range of base and eye level units with splash back tiles over the units. There is a 1? bowl sink drainer, coving to the textured ceiling and space for fridge/freezer and electric oven.

The inner hallway, which has wooden laminate flooring, leads to the cloakroom and conservatory.
