"Situated on an extensive plot and within a short distance of the town centre and the local train station is this detached bungalow located in the town of March in Cambridgeshire. There are many local amenities close by including doctors surgeries and the local post office. The current owner has kept the garden in excellent order to include a vegetable garden to the rear, two greenhouses, a timber shed and a brick built shed with power and light. The Bungalow has a good size frontage and a gravel driveway which offers parking for several vehicles. There is a porch and spacious Entrance Hall with radiator and telephone point. The Lounge/Diner is over 7m in length and has windows to two sides. There are five radiators, a tv point and plenty of room for a large table and chairs. The Kitchen is fitted with a good amount of wall and base units incorporating a 1 ½ bowl stainless steel sink unit and drainer and a set of pan drawers. There is a built in oven with electric hob and hood and plumbing for a washing machine and dishwasher. The Kitchen has space for a tall fridge freezer, windows to two sides and a door to the Sun Room. The Bungalow has three double bedrooms and a Sun Room to the rear which offers additional space. The Bathroom is a generous size and includes a separate shower cubicle with fitted shower, pedestal wash hand basin and wc. There is a radiator and windows to the rear. Outside and to the front of the property is a Garage with double doors to the front and rear. The Garage has power and light. There is also side access to the rear gardens which are extensive and have a huge amount to offer. The rear gardens are fully enclosed. There is an outside tap."
