RENEWAL OF TENANCY - £80 - Subject to contract, a charge will be levied to cover the administration and negotiation costs.
LATE PAYMENT FEE - £50 per letter - If any payment is late we reserve the right to charge accordingly for each chase correspondence sent.
MISSED PROPERTY VISIT - £50 - If we are unable to gain entry a charge will be made for our abortive costs.
CHANGE OF NAMED TENANT - £250 - If a named tenant wishes to move out of the property and be replaced by another.
EARLY RELEASE FROM TENANCY – variable £125 to £350 - Is subject to the Early Release Procedure. If you are granted early release from the tenancy agreement there will be an administrative charge.
ABORTIVE FINAL INSPECTION – variable - If notice is given to vacate the property and you decide to stay you will be responsible for all abortive administration charges.
ADDITIONAL FINAL INSPECTION - £100 - This will be charged to cover abortive costs if we arrive to carry out the final inspection and the property is not ready.If items detailed on the inventory are not placed in their original location at the conclusion of the tenancy a variable charge up to a maximum of £150, will be made."
