"A fine family home in a quiet cul-de-sac in the highly sought after village of Stoke Poges. The property has excellent potential to extend or enlarge subject to planning permission. As you enter the entrance hall to the right of the house there is access to the cloakroom, showerbath room, large sittingdining room and kitchen. From the kitchen and dining room there is access to the garden room built by the current owners with views over the large private rear garden. There is also a bedroom with ensuite WC on the ground floor. On the first floor 2 double bedrooms, with built in wardrobes, and a small office.

Situation
The property is nestled within a peaceful and popular cul-de-sac location on the edge of Stoke Poges village centre. The property is situated in the village of Stoke Poges approximately 4-5 miles from Gerrards Cross & Beaconsfield. There are rail stations at both Gerrards CrossBeaconsfield & Slough linking to London Marylebone and Paddington (respectively), and the new Elizabeth (Crossrail) line planned to be operational from 2023. Within the village are facilities for day to day shopping, with the larger shopping centre of Windsor approximately 6 miles distance.
