"The house is approached via a tarmac driveway with parking for two cars and an attractive and level area of lawn. A double glazed front door opens to the entrance hall with porcelain wood effect flooring with underflooring heating which extends throughout most of the ground floor, door to store which was formally the garage with an electric roller door to the front, light and power.

There is a newly fitted downstairs shower room comprising WC, hand basin, walk in deluge shower and a radiator heated towel rail together with underfloor heating. The lounge has a fireplace with gas coal effect fire with marble hearth and slips and a wooden surround, storage cupboard and a wide square archway to the kitchen. This has been refitted with an extensive range of base and wall level units with granite work surfaces and splashbacks, stainless steel sink, integrated dishwasher, five burner Lamona hob with extractor above, Lamona double oven and grill, microwave, integrated fridge freezer, breakfast bar and windows overlooking the rear garden. The family dining area has a double glazed casement door to the rear garden, roof light and access to the utility room which has space for stacking washing machine and tumble dryer and a stainless sink with cupboards above and below.

On the first floor landing there is a cupboard housing the Worcester Bosch combination boiler and a large window to the side.
