"A deceptive, spacious and well presented 2 bedroom Victorian terrace house with a good size garden and within short walking distance of the town center.

The property has accommodation set on two floors comprising; an entrance hall, 2 separate reception rooms, both with fireplaces the living room has a wood burning stove, modern fitted kitchen and utility room. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. The property is well presented and has character features to include some sliding sash windows, varnished floorboards, quarry tiled floors and 3 fireplaces.

Outside it has a small front garden, and a good size enclosed back garden.

The property is just a short walk to the local school, High Street, and nature reserve. Early viewing as recommended.
