"This semi detached house is located on the new Fairfields development which has a school and will have shops and a medical centre. Central Milton Keynes with it's shopping and leisure facilities are a short distance away. There are direct rails links to London Euston from Wolverton and Central Milton Keynes.

The accommodation comprises lounge/diner, kitchen and cloakroom on the ground floor, two double bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor with the master bedroom and en-suite on the second floor. There is parking for two/three cars on the driveway. The property was built in 2016 and has the balance of a 10 year NHBC guarantee plus 3 years left of the 5 year appliance and heating warranties.
