"An extended four bedroom semi detached house located on Ousebank Way, a sought after street within easy walking distance of the town centre and picturesque riverside meadows. The property is offered with vacant possession and has a two storey side extension. It has accommodation set over two floors comprising an entrance hall, lounge, kitchen/breakfast room and dining room. There is a conservatory to the rear. On the first floor there are four good size bedrooms, the master bedroom with an en-suite shower room and a family bathroom. Outside the property has off-road parking for at least two cars and a fully enclosed rear garden. Ousebank Way is a sought after location a short walk from the town centre with it's extensive facilities and few moments from the picturesque riverside walk and meadow. Early viewing is recommended.

Ground Floor A small entrance hall has a door leading to the lounge. The lounge has Karndean flooring which runs through to the dining room, stairs to the first floor and a window to the front, door to the dining room and kitchen.
