"A two bedroom apartment located on the ground floor of this popular retirement development just off Stony Stratford's town centre.

Fegans Court is a sought after retirement development of around 40 properties set around a central courtyard with beautifully landscaped and well maintained grounds. The apartments are designed for those over sixty years of age. Fegans Court has a professional on site scheme manger during office hours and a communal summerhouse which hosts regular activities and events for residents. There is a short flat walk into Stony Stratford town centre with it's extensive shopping facilities.

Accommodation Each apartment in Fegans Court has its own entrance direct from the courtyard. A front door leads to the hall which has an airing cupboard and doors to all rooms.

The lounge/dining room is located to the rear and has a feature fireplace, an electric storage radiator and sliding patio doors opening onto a private balcony providing a perfect outdoor seating area. There is also a storage cupboard.
