Newly decorated four bedroom house, in a well established,close.  Located in Neath Hill, near to local schools and  Milton Keynes city centre. 

The property is detached with four spacious bedrooms, bathroom with tub.  On the ground floor, is a downstairs clock room, kitchen/dinner, with large open plan lounge.  There is an enclosed garden and gas central heating. To the front is a single garage,and parking on the driveway for two cars.

The Close/street is small, with a well established body of residence.  Thus the property would suit a quite family. 

Sorry we do not accept dogs of any size, and smoking is not permitted inside the house.

Referencing will be conducted by UPAD.  For referencing purposes previous landlord's details will be required, and at least two years of employment, on a permanent contract.

Viewings - weekday mornings between 9:00 - 10:00 am and, evenings 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm or Saturdays.
