"In a wonderfully private setting close to amenities and Taplow station, Bouree is located on a private cul de sac location in fantastic proximity to the river Thames. The house was built in the 1960s with updates including a rear extension and a conservatory. There is fantastic scope to extend the home further if desired for example over the garage or to the side or rear subject to necessary consents planning granted now lapsed .

The layout comprises an entrance hall open plan to the kitchen, a cloakroom with WC, sitting room, study and a conservatory to the rear which serves as the dining room. Upstairs there the principal bedroom suite features vaulted ceilings, built in wardrobes and an en suite shower room. There is a further double bedroom enjoying views out to the rear garden alongside a single bedroom and a family bathroom.

Outside

Bouree is tucked away on a private cul de sac with just three other homes. To the front, a tarmac driveway leads up to a tandem garage and a parcel of lawn bordered by shrubs provides an inviting first impression. The rear garden is very well established, with mature trees and hedges all around the boundary, an expansive lawn and a number of flowerbeds. The village of Taplow is situated just east of the river Thames within easy reach of the amenities of both Windsor and Maidenhead town centres, both of which have extensive shopping and leisure facilities.
