From Wycombe town centre take the A40 towards West Wycombe and at the end of the straight section turn left at the roundabout through the National Trust village of West Wycombe. From there keep left on the Oxford Road for about a mile. Turn left at the Old Oxford Road sign posted Piddington. First left is Piddington Lane and Horizon is approximately 0.2 mile from the bottom of the single track lane, on your right.

Set in a commanding position approached via a single-track road, with far reaching views over the village of Piddington, "Horizon" is a deceptively spacious and individual property offering accommodation in excess of 4,000 sq ft.

"Horizon" is set in the semi-rural village of Piddington in a quiet single-track country lane but is within easy reach of the M40 motorway, which provides commuter access to London, M25 and Birmingham. Also within close reach is the historic village of West Wycombe with its popular high street, which dates back to the 16th Century. There are numerous shops and public houses as well as the famous "Hell Fire Caves" and the "Mausoleum".

For a wider range of shopping and leisure facilities High Wycombe is a short drive away and provides a wide selection of shops within the "Eden Centre" complex as well as a range of restaurants, a cinema and bowling alley. High Wycombe train station provides commuter service to London Marylebone and Birmingham. For education there is West Wycombe Combined School, which provides education for 4 - 11 year olds. For secondary education there is a choice of Grammar Schools and in addition there is a good selection of private schools.
