"This is a lovely family home, with lots of great features. Front and rear outdoor space, with very limited traffic to worry about - a grassy walkway to the front and quiet cul-de-sac to the back. Large rooms with large double glazed windows to let in plenty of natural light. A modern fitted kitchen with range cooker. Downstairs cloakroom, with a separate family bathroom and shower room upstairs. Under stairs storage, built in wardrobes and garage. It could be just about perfect for you and your loved ones!

Lane End is a medium sized village just 4 miles from the centre of Marlow and a little over 5 miles from High Wycombe. It offers all the aspects of village life alongside the important elements of modern living, with some excellent local amenities. The village has its own post office, newsagent, chemist, supermarket and butcher, along with various pubs, restaurants and takeaways. The local primary school is rated as "Good" by Ofsted and is situated just a few minutes walk away. For older children the village is within the catchment of some of the country's finest state grammar schools - RGS High Wycombe and John Hamden for boys and Wycombe High School for girls.

Despite it's rural location Lane End has great motorway access via the M40 and the A404 which links directly to the M4.
