Flanked by lavender plants, the front door opens directly into the sitting room, with oak flooring, bespoke shutters to the pair of windows and a wood burning stove. A stable door leads into the inner hall, with its period floor tiles continuing to the downstairs cloakroom. The heart of the cottage is the extended kitchen/breakfast/family room, which runs across the rear of the cottage. Renovated in the past 4 years, it has lovely reclaimed oak flooring, which continues into the cloakroom and first floor bathroom. Particular features of this spacious room are the French doors onto the garden, skylights in the elevated ceiling and a Rangemaster range cooker.

On the first floor, the master bedroom has oak flooring, fitted cupboards and a period fireplace. The second bedroom has views of the rear garden and both bedrooms have use of the modern bathroom, with its own window shutters. A second staircase rises to the attic room, which is used as the third bedroom. This room has eaves storage and Velux windows to the elevated ceiling.
