The location is one of the best that Chesham has to offer, less than a mile from the Metropolitan Line Station yet close to delightful Chesham countryside. The Chartridge Combined School catchment area will be a big plus if you have a young family. As soon as you walk in you will love the room sizes. The kitchen/dining/family room will be a real talking point refitted and resplendent with shiny granite worktops, fantastic for entertaining and perfect for guests and family. The sitting room is spacious and comfortable with a lovely traditional bay window. Upstairs there are three double bedrooms with some delightful views from the rear elevation and with both an en-suite and a family bathroom there will be no queuing in the morning. The garden is a bit of a revelation. Really private and nicely planted and a decent size. Perfect for those summer barbeques.
