"This is a detached former Victorian Coach House extended and converted in 2000 into a 5 bedroom chalet style family home, located conveniently close to Winslow town centre and the up and coming station.

The property is accessed through the original Victorian entranceway with a five bar gate. On entering the property, the broad hallway with rear facing window, has doors leading to the downstairs shower cloakroom, with WC sink and shower cubicle, bedroom 2, which has a side facing window, and the kitchen. Stairs also rise to the first floor. The kitchen floor is laid to ceramic tiles and is fitted with a range of eye and base level Magnet Shaker style units with a solid wood work surface, a sink drainer with a single mixer tap under the rear facing window, and there is an integral Stoves gas cooker with four ring gas hob and extractor hood over. There are integrated fridge, freezer, and dishwasher. Also, in the kitchen there is a purpose built French dresser also in the same Magnet Shaker style. There is a second side facing window, and a door to the utility room which contains cupboards matching those in the kitchen, and spaces for washing machine and tumble dryer. There is an Ideal standard condensing boiler and a door leading outside to the rear.

Another door leads from the kitchen into the living room which has a vaulted beamed ceiling with twin aspect windows facing onto the front driveway and further full height windows and double French doors leading out onto the garden. Stairs rise to the Galley style office area. There is also a storage cupboard under the stairs, and a further door leading to bedroom 3 which is also a double, with side facing windows. The Galley style office area has a roof window and four small niche storage recesses in the wall.

From the main hallway, stairs rise to the L shaped first floor landing from which doors lead to three further bedrooms, the family bathroom and airing cupboard. The principal bedroom is a large double room with windows overlooking the main garden. A further door opens into a walk in dorma style wardrobe. Bedrooms four and five are both doubles, one is rear facing with twin aspect window to the side and roof window to the rear, and the other bedroom is also twin aspect with a roof window to the front of the property and the further window to the side.

Outside, the property benefits from a wraparound garden of approximately 600 square feet, where one can walk nearly all the way around. Most of the garden is laid to lawn on three sides of the property. There is a large shed and an enclosed off bin area on one side. The garden continues around to the rear and the side of the property, where it widens and there is also a selection of trees and shrubs, and a patio area. The front of the property still retains the original 6 Victorian brick wall. The front shingled driveway has off road parking for 4 vehicles and possible option to install a single garage as to original plans STPP.
