"A three bedroom semi detached house, with well maintained gardens to the front and rear.

GROUND FLOOR A part glazed door gives access to the hall, which has stairs to first floor landing and a door to the living room. The living room has a door to the kitchen/diner and an open fireplace with a stone surround, tiled hearth, wooden mantle and a feature alcove to one side. The kitchen is fitted with a range of eye and base level cupboards and drawers with roll top worksurfaces over. A stainless steel sink with single drainer and tiled splash backs is set in to the worksurface, there are spaces for a free standing cooker with hood above, a washing machine and a tall fridge freezer. Space for a dining table and a door to the rear lobby which gives access to the downstairs WC, under stairs storage cupboard and the rear garden. FIRST FLOOR The first floor landing has doors to the bedrooms and wet room. Bedrooms one and three are to the rear of the property overlooking the garden. Bedroom two is to the front of the property and has a door to the airing cupboard. The wet room is fitted with a white WC, pedestal hand wash basin, and a wall mounted 'Mira' shower with tiling to water sensitive areas and an extractor fan. REAR GARDEN The rear garden is enclosed and mainly laid to lawn with a concrete path running along one side, various plants and bushes, two apple trees and a greenhouse in one corner. A pond with a water feature and a block built outbuilding with the oil tank to the side. The front is enclosed by picket fencing and laid to lawn with planted boarders and a path to the front door.
