"This four bedroom detached brick house built approximately 25 years ago by Charles Church is located on the Mount Pleasant develpment to the southwestern edge of Buckingham.

The front door opens into a welcoming hallway, from which doors lead to the dining room, kitchen, living room, under stairs cloakroom, and stairs lead to the first floor. The front facing dining room is fitted with attractive limed oak flooring. The kitchen faces the rear garden and is fitted with a range of glossy white eye and base level units with spaces for electric cooker, fridge and freezer. There is also plumbing for a dishwasher. The sink drainer with a single mixer tap sits under the rear window and there is a hood over the cooker space. A door leads into the utility room which is also fitted with a range of eye and base level glossy white units, with spaces for washing machine and tumble dryer. The boiler is located in this room, and there is a door to a storage cupboard. A further door leads to the side passage and garden. The cloakroom is fitted with a suite of white WC and slimline pedestal basin with cupboard under.
