"A detached four bedroom family home situated in a cul de sac location on the popular Linden village development.

The property has a good sized sitting room with a brick fireplace with a wood burning stove, stone hearth and wooden mantle. There is a feature bay window to the front. An archway leads through to the kitchen, which has a range of base and eye level units with a separate island unit, built in double oven, five ring gas hob, space for fridge freezer, space for dishwasher. From the kitchen there is a P shaped conservatory with double doors opening out to the garage.

Upstairs there are four bedrooms, three double rooms and a single. Bedrooms one and two have built in wardrobes. Bedroom three is above the garage and has eaves storage. The bathroom is a white suite comprising low level w.c, wash hand basin and bath with shower above and full height tiling to all walls.
