SUMMARY
An imposing detached family home in an elevated position with beautifully landscaped gardens and panoramic views of the surrounding countryside.

DESCRIPTION
Originally built in the 1920's this exceptional family home has been substantially extended over the years to provide generous accommodation with tremendous flexibility.

Accommodation
The front door opens into a generous reception hall which sets the ambience for the rest of the house. There is a dual aspect formal dining room at the front leading though into a fabulous almost square sitting room, which has a triple aspect providing a different view of the garden from each window. The adjoining kitchen and breakfast room lie to the rear and interconnect providing the perfect family space for day to day living. There are casement doors out onto the garden and a useful utility room lies off the comprehensively fitted kitchen.
On the first floor the owners have opened up what was the fifth bedroom to create an extended landing which provides a sitting area with panoramic views of the vale. The master bedroom has a dressing area with wardrobes, leading to the en suite shower room. Both bedrooms two and three have outstanding views. The fourth bedroom has been converted from the attic and offers staggering views right round to Halton House and Wendover Woods.

Outside
The grounds are simply stunning and are a testament to the owner's passion, having been featured in the 'Chilterns Open Gardens 2012' brochure.
The gardens when in bloom are a profusion of colour with winding pathways connecting individual themed sections, incorporating areas of lawn with screening from perennial shrubs and bushes, water features and garden pond. There is a large south westerly facing terrace to the rear of the house. To the front of the property the gardens are again landscaped with flower beds, shrubs and a further terrace.
The private block paved driveway sweeps past a large double garage to a gravelled parking area in front of the property.

Location
Situated just half a mile from the village centre, Robin Hill stands in stunning landscaped gardens of approaching three quarters of an acre. The views to the front are over open farmland and sweep across the Vale, whilst to the rear is the escarpment leading up to Coombe Hill, which is one of the best walks in the area. With its eclectic mix of shops, pubs and restaurants, it is without doubt one of the most appealing high streets in the Chilterns. Wendover has highly regarded schools for all ages and also lies within the catchment area for the Grammar schools in Aylesbury. The Chiltern Line offers an excellent reliable service to London Marylebone (50 mins), whilst access to the M25 can be found via the A41(M) at Tring (4 miles), or alternatively the M40 at High Wycombe (11 miles).
