"Constructed in 1913 by the well known architect, E.G.Theakston, a detached family house of character occupying an elevated location in mature gardens and enjoying views to the rear over the Vale of Aylesbury. The property has a most convenient position being within easy walking distance of the shops in the High Street and the main line railway station for London. Although the house has been modernised and extended over the years it still retains many original features.

The accommodation includes five Bedrooms and Bathroom on the first floor with a further Attic Room above. On the ground floor there is a Reception Hall, Sitting Room, Dining Room, Garden Room, Kitchen, Cloakroom and Garage. The house has gas fired central heating to radiators and secondary double glazing. It also has, in addition to the car parking and garage to the front of the property, access over a driveway to the rear to a further garage which is currently used for storage.
