The M25 can be accessed via the A41 bypass at Tring and the M40 either via Beaconsfield or Thame.  

DIRECTIONS:  From our Wendover Office proceed down the High Street to the roundabout and turn left along the Aylesbury Road. Follow this road out of the village and head towards Aylesbury along the A413. After about 3 miles at the roundabout turn left into Station Road (sign posted Stoke Mandeville). Take the second turning on the left in to Ligo Avenue, follow the road round to the left and the property can be found on the top right hand corner, as indicated by our ‘For Sale’ board.
