Leave Thame on the Aylesbury Road (B4445) and at the main roundabout take the second exit sign posted Long Crendon (B4011). Continue c.2 miles and continue through the centre of Long Crendon. At the mini roundabout continue ahead and follow the B4011. Take the fourth turning right into Carters Lane and then take the first right turn into Elm Trees. Continue ahead taking the left hand fork and the property can be found c 30yrds on your right hand side.
