The accommodation briefly comprises entrance hall, living room, dining room, sun room, extended kitchen, cloakroom, landing, 3 bedrooms, family bathroom and a good size garden. The property also benefits from replacement double glazing, a well insulated loft, oil fired central heating to radiators and is sold with no onward chain.

Brill is an attractive hilltop village well known for its windmill and large common and is surrounded by open countryside with many footpaths and bridleways. Local facilities include some shops for day to day needs, primary school, public houses, doctors surgery and a church.

The market towns of Thame are some 6 miles, Bicester 7 miles, Aylesbury 14 miles and the historic city of Oxford 12 miles. Junctions 7, 8 and 9 of the M40 motorway are all within approximately 20 minute drive of the property.

There are also mainline train stations at Bicester , Aylesbury and Thame Parkway in Haddenham.


Directions
From Thame take the B4011 towards Long Crendon and Bicester. Proceed straight through Long Crendon and after approximately 2 miles turn right to Brill. In the centre of Brill village turn right at the green and follow the road into The Firs where the property can be found on the left hand side.
