"A contemporary townhouse in a most desirable location offering versatile accommodation arranged over three floors. Augustus Villa was constructed in 2007 along with the adjoining house and offers the rare combination of being a modern, low maintenance house with a fantastic, 100 westerly facing garden. Not something normally associated with the more modern house. Despite offering a high specification in the first instance, the property has been further improved by the current owners to include the reappointment of a stunning kitchen that forms part of an open plan living/dining space. In turn, this fantastic, sociable space opens to a rear sun deck and the aforementioned, level, lawned garden at the rear.
