Proceed from Ebbw Vale towards Newport. Take the left turning signed CWM. Follow the road around, passing a garage and the church on the left hand side of the road. Just after this is the Bailey Arms public house, the property is in the next but one terrace on the left.

Bay fronted mid terrace house in favoured position on the edge of the small village of Cwm. The Brecon Beacons National Park is around 7 miles from Brighton Terrace, this is an area of outstanding natural beauty and offers many more leisure facilities and within the park are the famous markets towns of Hay on Wye and Brecon.
