"From these original homes constructed in the mid 19th Century, now a listed building, Nicholas King Developments have created four stunning new townhouses with contemporary interiors and modern creature comforts in Windsorn++s conservation area. Behind the solid six-panel traditional front door you are welcomed into these spacious homes. Internal doors are veneered in walnut giving a rich and stylish first impression, and enhanced by sleek chrome door furniture. The walls are newly insulated and plastered and painted in matt Calico, with newly plastered smooth ceilings in white, with a contemporary cornice (with the exception of bathrooms and sloped ceilings). Skirting boards and door architraves and the main sections of the staircase are painted in shiny white gloss with the stair handrails a walnut shade to co-ordinate with the rich internal doors. Existing sash windows are being professionally refurbished and have the benefit of double glazing whilst new folding glazed doors access the rear garden terrace for al fresco living. Centrally heated by a programmable, energy efficient gas system with radiators that are controlled by individual thermostats to all rooms. The same system also provides ample hot water for the bathroom and ensuite which are warmed by chrome ladder towel rails with an additional electrically powered comfort underfloor heating system to the kitchen/dining room and the master bedroom ensuite. Low voltage energy efficient downlights illuminate the kitchen/dining room, cloakroom, bathroom and ensuite, all other rooms are illuminated by energy efficient pendant lights. The townhouses are fitted with ample double electrical sockets. There are telephone and TV points (wired for satellite TV to the living room and master bedroom) in the main living rooms and each bedroom. A TV aerial providing service for terrestrial channels is also fitted. Shaver points in the master ensuite are located within the vanity unit. For the cloakroom, bathroom and master bedroom ensuite the emphasis in on sophisticated styling, with contemporary white sanitary ware, basins atop glossy white cabinets (wenge veneered to the master bedroom ensuite), Hans Grohe chrome taps and shower fittings with glass shower screens. A contemporary free standing bath and mirrored vanity unit create an extra touch of luxury in the master bedroom ensuite. Walls are half tiled where sanitary ware is fitted and fully tiled in shower cubicles, the master bedroom ensuite is fully tiled. Subject to the stage of construction at the time of reservation a choice from our specially selected range of continental floor and wall ceramics is offered. Neutral ivory coloured wardrobes with internal shelving and rails will be fitted from floor to ceiling in the master and bedroom 2. The luxury kitchen combined with the dining area is a cooks and entertaining haven. The kitchen is fitted with a host of stylish cabinetry and stone work surfaces (and up stands) and a collection of appliances including two ovens, a stylish yet functional extractor, gas hob, a microwave and coffee machine all in stainless steel, plus a fridge/ freezer and dishwasher (discreetly hidden behind cabinet doors) and a wine cooler. Your stainless steel sinks include a chrome mixer tap. A cupboard on the lower ground floor housing the cylinder will also be the location for your laundry with a washer/drier included. Subject to the stage of construction at the time of your reservation you will be able to select your kitchen cabinetry, worktops and floor ceramics from our superb range. Each home is fitted with mains wired smoke and heat detectors and a nacoss approved alarm system with panic buttons in the master bedroom."
