"Without doubt this is one of the most impressive homes currently available in Windsor. The current owners have only just completed and extensive and very detailed refurbishment and renovation project which now provides very generous and beautifully appointed accommodation extending to some 3,700 sq ft over five floors.
As soon as you enter the reception hall it becomes very quickly apparent that attention to detail has been an important factor here. The black American walnut doors and balustrade compliment the flooring and the high ceilings set the scene for the rest of this lovely home. On this level there is a truly impressive library/drawing room running front to back and it has been fitted with extensive walnut units along one side.
The hub of family life lies on the lower ground floor where there is a large open plan room incorporating a stunning fitted kitchen with central granite topped island and adaptable living space that leads out onto the terrace via wide bi-fold doors. Exclusive appliances in the kitchen include large Wolf ovens and hob and steamer alongside two Sub Zero refrigerator/freezers with ice making facilities. The sun terrace at the rear is an excellent area for summer entertaining and al-fresco dining.
The master suite occupies the whole of the first floor and is also very noteworthy. The generous bedroom area overlooks the rear of the property and Holy Trinity Church in the distance. The walk in wardrobe has again been very well fitted and the en-suite bathroom has a lovely Agape Spoon freestanding bath and television recessed into the carefully book matched marble tiles on the walls.
