"When Hamptons first saw this house we were amazed by the space on offer! This is a three bedroom modern delight! This property offers lovely views, plenty of living space and we are proud to be able to offer it out to the rental market for the first time. The main entrance leads to a wide hallway and through to a modern kitchen with room for a dining table. The kitchen is light and has integral appliances. Along the hallway is also the lovely bright living room with gas fire place leading to formal dining or study area with patio doors out to the wonderful lawned garden and access to the allocated parking. On the ground floor there is also a useful cloakroom. Upstairs the Master bedroom has built in storage alongside an en-suite Shower room. There are two further double bedrooms with built in wardrobes and a family bathroom. This property has been finished to a fantastic standard, as has the whole development. It just has a lovely feel and a viewing is highly recommended.

Situation
The property is located on the edge of the thriving town of Thatcham with Newbury only a short drive away; both towns offer major communications, with rail links at both Thatcham and Newbury and M4 motorway junction under 3 miles North of the town. Newbury has an abundance of good restaurants, theatres, cinema, shopping and recreational activities. Local schools are excellent; there are two church primary schools in the village and a choice of several very good secondary schools in Newbury and Thatcham such as the Kennet and St Bartholomew's.
