"A smart Rivar built three bedroom semi detached home designed with a great layout, in a quiet cul-de-sac on the south side of town. It is located just a moments walk from Greenham Common being ideal for bike rides and walks and a short drive to the station and town. The accommodation comprises, entrance hall, cloakroom, triple aspect living room, kitchen/breakfast room, study, master bedroom with en-suite, two further bedrooms, bathroom, garage with driveway parking and south facing garden.

ACCOMMODATION Ground Floor Through front door into the entrance hall which provides access to all downstairs rooms and the first floor accommodation. The triple aspect living room has a feature gas fireplace and double glazed French doors leading onto the south facing garden. The kitchen has built-in appliances and is large enough to accommodate a breakfast table with chairs. In addition there is a separate study and cloakroom. First Floor The first floor accommodation comprises three bedrooms, all with built-in wardrobes, with the master bedroom having an en-suite shower room. There is a further smart family bathroom. The property is double glazed throughout and has gas central heating. OUTSIDE Parking There is a single detached garage with block paved driveway parking for two cars.
