"A detached four bedroom, 2 bathroom family home with a mature garden, garage and parking, in a desirable village location leading to the private Datchet Golf Club.

The ground floor provides versatile family accommodation with a dual aspect sitting room at 26 feet opening onto the garden, separate dining room, study and a kitchen/breakfast room with breakfast bar and french doors also opening onto the garden. A shower room on the ground floor completes the arrangement.

The first floor houses the master bedroom with a jack n jill ensuite bathroom including a standalone roll top bath and separate walk in shower. A further three bedrooms all benefit from built in wardrobes/storage, and of particular note, bedroom 4 opens onto a small roof sun terrace with awning attached.

Situation
With a traditional village green, shops for day to day needs, pubs and restaurants, Datchet provides many conveniences whilst Windsor provides a comprehensive range of shops, the Theatre Royal, the Castle and St. Georges Chapel.

For the commuter there are two train stations serving London Paddington and London Waterloo both from Windsor, in addition to the Waterloo line from Datchet. Datchet has excellent road communications with access to the M4 from junction 5 which leads to both the M25 and the M3.
