"Well presented 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom family home in quiet cul-de-sac location close to both the shops and amenities in Sonning Common village and local woodland walks. The property has been well maintained by the current owners but still offers the opportunity to update and extend if required (subject to the usual planning consents). The accommodation also includes 2 good sized reception rooms and has a pretty private rear garden. This attractive home has NO ONWARD CHAIN and viewing is highly recommended.
