"EPC EER RATING D. 3 bedroom, end terrace house in a quiet cul de sac location. This family home has a lovely open plan ground floor with a large conservatory providing an excellent additional ground floor room. The property has a contemporary kitchen and stylish bathroom. Outside is a good sized back garden with gate giving access to the rear service road. The property is on the edge of Sonning Common village and close to open countryside.
ACCOMMODATION
The front door opens into the entrance hall which has space for coats and boots. From this hall is a door opening into the living room. This lovely light room has a large picture window overlooking the front and a feature open fireplace with timber mantle and slate slips and hearth. An archway leads into the spacious kitchen/dining room. The kitchen is fitted with a wide range of shaker style cabinets, a matching cream Newhome range cooker, stylish butler sink and solid wood work tops.
