Good things happen here!

When I bought my house in 2019, location was the most important thing to me. Being a face to face tutor, I needed a central location to drive to all my clients without losing precious minutes to traffic. It worked so well that I even managed to fit in a degree at Reading Uni around my job.

I have rented rooms to friends and had family stay for long periods. The house absorbs people surprisingly well, and that master bedroom gives you space and privacy even with a full house. I have enjoyed many games, nights, and dinner parties with my dog, Freja, curled up at my feet.

The next stage of my life, I met my fianc e and we decided to live here when she became pregnant. Royal Berks hospital was a frequent date , and we welcomed a little girl in 2023. This is a great time to mention our incredible neighbours who showered us with food and kindness as we adjusted to our new life.

As we sell our respective properties to buy our marital home together, I will always remember this place for incredibly happy memories. I hope it is just as lucky for the next owner s .

We love this 3 bedroom detached townhouse which has such a curb presence. Through the front door you have an entrance hall, downstairs loo with utility space and then a great big open planned lounge with kitchen that has been replaced. This leads onto your garden which gives you rear access to your off road parking spaces. On the first floor there are two spacious double bedrooms and your family bathroom which has been fully tiled. Finally, one of the highlights of this home is the top floor which has your main bedroom being the whole footprint of the home it is huge! This room also comes with a dressing room and en suite off it and with all the windows in this space there is plenty of natural light flooding through.
