Owners Comments

We moved to this house and the Shinfield area in 2016 just before our first child was born, so the place has provided us with some incredible family memories. Since then we have updated the family bathroom, making it much more modern and also redesigned the lounge and dining area of the property, opening up the space to make it work for families. We also added the feature fireplace, which adds a real homely feel to the room all year round. We currently use the top floor of the house as two offices for when we were both working from home, but the spaces are very flexible and can be adapted for almost any needs.

Shinfield is a fantastic place to live with a real sense of community. We have enjoyed many local family walks, with Deardon allotments a very local place for a picnic, or a place to kick a ball or throw a frisbee around together. Our two children now attend the local state schools, which we have nothing but positive things to say about.

We have immensely enjoyed our time in this house and moving had not been an easy decision for us, but we hope that another family will now enjoy it as much as we have done.
