Owners Comments .
Nine years ago I moved into my house to be near my daughter and her husband. Over the years I have re decorated all the rooms and completely changed some.

I have always wanted a big spacious family kitchen with lots of work surfaces and storage, so I gradually made notes of ideas. I now have all I have ever wanted in one splendid kitchen with more than enough storage space, extensive quartz worktops, 28 plug sockets, utility area including a second sink and even enough space for my big dog crate.

My daughter and her family have grown and moved. They now need my help more than ever, so I need to move closer to them.

Dan & Neil Estate Agents comments

This home is an absolute beauty, finished to a really lovely standard throughout by the current owners. The kitchen is a real highlight it s been extended across the back of the house with velux windows that let in loads of natural light. It was fitted in 2020 by Designs for Living in Wokingham, who are known for their top quality work and it definitely shows. With marble countertops and great colour choices, it s a total showstopper.

At the front of the house, there s a cosy family living room with a lovely bay window, plus an entrance hall and a refitted downstairs W.C. The family bathroom and en suite have also been updated by the sellers and are fully tiled. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms, two good sized doubles, and the main bedroom comes with a walk through dressing area that leads into the en suite.

Outside, there s a garage, driveway parking, and a generous garden with brand new fencing all around.

This place is bound to get a lot of interest, so get in touch to book your viewing!
