"Substantial family home with exceptional garden in this lovely village location to the north of Newbury, with good links to the A34 and M4. This semi-detached home is within the catchment areas of good schools, including the Downs School. A particular feature is the huge garden which is roughly 100ft long, encompassing an attractive summer house and entertaining area. Accommodation comprises: entrance porch, hallway, lounge with open fire, large kitchen/diner, master bedroom with built-in wardrobes, second double bedroom, third bedroom and family bathroom. Benefits include extra-length single garage, LPG gas-fired central heating, double glazing throughout, and a water softener on the mains supply to the house.

ACCOMMODATION Ground floor Through front door to entrance hall. On the right hand side is a door to the living room. The living room has dual aspect windows to front and rear with a sliding door to the patio and garden. From the hallway straight ahead is the kitchen/dining room which also has dual aspect windows to front and rear. A storage cupboard and side door to the outside provides easy access to the garage. From the hallway are stairs to the: First floor Window on landing. There are two double bedrooms to the front of the property, one on each side of the house. A third single bedroom is to the rear of the property on the left hand side of the landing. The bathroom/WC is to the right hand side at the rear of the property. OUTSIDE Rear garden Outside is a wonderful, well maintained garden and patio. The garden is separated into two sections. The section closest to the house is laid predominantly to lawn and the section at the rear has been gravelled.
