"An attractive 1930s semi-detached house which has been modernised and extended to create a light and versatile family home. Off the entrance hall there is a cloakroom and stairs to the first floor. The main reception room has a wood burning stove and bay window to the front, there is a door to a useful utility room and bi-folding doors to the open plan kitchen/dining room. The kitchen is a cleverly designed space with central kidney shaped main work and preparation area, the units are sleek and include a dishwasher and an oven. The room is laid out with a dining area with sofa however it is very much a multi purpose area which takes full advantage of the view and light from the garden and doors extend to the rear.

On the first floor there are three bedrooms and a bathroom.

Situation
Newbury offers a wide and growing array of shops and restaurants to include the new Parkway shopping complex. The town is dissected by the Kennet and Avon canal offering lovely walking and also offers a great day out at the Newbury Race Course. The town offers mainline rail access to London Paddington and good road links to include the M4 and A34 as well as a great selection of primary and secondary schools.
