The property is 18 years old and has been beautifully maintained and upgraded with PVC double glazed windows, soffits and guttering. The kitchen/breakfast room has a range of useful floor and wall units, integral dishwasher, double oven, grill, hob and space for a fridge/freezer and washing machine. A door opens into the rear garden. The dining room overlooks the garden and has double doors into the sitting room which is dual aspect with focal working fireplace and sliding patio doors to the garden. There is a cloakroom and under stairs cupboard. The first floor has four bedrooms, an ensuite shower room to the master bedroom and a family bathroom. Brightwalton is a rural village 6 miles to the north of Newbury in the Wessex Downs Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, with both highly regarded nursery & village schools, village hall with many active clubs, and a church.
