"Built to a high specification in 2011, this superb four bedroom detached family home with bonus loft room is presented to the market in fine decorative order and has the additional benefit of a further five years of a building guarantee. Upon entering a spacious hallway with oak flooring, a prevailing feature throughout the ground floor, affords access to all reception rooms. These include a stunning kitchen/dining/family room with views and access out to the rear garden. Of particular note is the vaulted dining area which makes for an impressive entertaining space. The kitchen itself offers a comprehensive range of eye and base level storage units with a full range of integrated appliances further complemented by granite work surfaces. A peninsular breakfast bar provides an excellent food preparation area with further storage under. Adjacent lies a utility room with space and provision for the remaining white goods. Positioned to one side and completing the room is a good size TV/family area. The spacious sitting room measures 21' by 17' and is positioned towards the front of the property next to the study which itself is well proportioned. A practical cloakroom off the hallway completes the ground floor. All reception rooms throughout the property are naturally light, with high ceilings and benefit from under floor heating. A full turning oak staircase leads to a galleried landing which in turn provides access to four double bedrooms with both the master and guest bedroom affording ensuite facilities. The two remaining bedrooms are serviced by an equally well appointed family bathroom. Accessed from the landing via a pull down ladder is a bonus loft room with two gable dormered windows.
