"A skilfully extended detached family home offering spacious and versatile accommodation, presented in excellent order throughout. To the ground floor a generous entrance hall affords access to what is undoubtedly the standout feature of the home, that being the superb kitchen/breakfast/family room. Lying to the rear of the property, with bifold doors to the gardens, this is a lovely light and airy space, enhanced further by extensive high gloss white units. These are complimented well by dark wood work surfaces, including a central breakfast island. Integrated appliances include a double oven and inset hob with a stylish stainless steel ceiling mounted extractor flue above. There is space for an American style fridge-freezer with two separate utility rooms providing ample space for remaining white goods. One of these enjoys direct access to the gardens, with the other opening to the single integral garage. The main reception room is well proportioned and enjoys a front aspect, whilst the second overlooks the gardens to the rear and could be used either as a formal dining room or a family room as desired. Upstairs there are four good size bedrooms which are serviced by a well appointed family bathroom suite. With a courtesy door to the main bedroom, the bathroom also serves as an ensuite, as and when required.
