"Situated at the end of a highly regarded residential cul-de-sac off Altwood Road is this attractive and spacious detached family home which we feel offers scope for extension if required, subject to the necessary planning consents. Upon entering, a generous hallway affords access to all principal rooms. These include a super front to back living room, which measures over 21' in length, with full length glazed doors to the rear garden and a feature fireplace as a focal point. The dining room lies adjacent and also overlooks the gardens whilst leading through to the showpiece kitchen/breakfast room beyond. This room really is impressive being such a large space with underfloor heated high gloss porcelain floor tiles throughout, complimented by light wood units and black granite work surfaces, including a breakfast peninsular. There is space available for a range style cooker and an American style fridge-freezer with a separate utility room catering for the remainder. From the kitchen double doors open out to the lawned gardens. Completing the floor is a good size front aspect study and a practical cloakroom.
