"Situated on a popular tree lined road and located within close proximity of the town centre and mainline railway station is this beautifully appointed detached family home. The property, which is believed to date back to 1910, has accommodation arranged over four floors with many rooms still boasting the original period features.

To the ground floor there are two elegant reception rooms comprising of a living room and dining room, both of which are generously proportioned and feature tall ceilings, ornate cornicing and original fireplaces. The living room also enjoys a pleasant dual aspect which runs the entire width of the room with elevated views over the southerly facing rear garden. From the entrance hall a full turning staircase gives access to all floors. To the lower floor, the kitchen/breakfast room has a beautiful modern touch having been tastefully refitted within recent years.
