"Set within a secure and exclusive gated development, a truly impressive detached family home built by Nicholas King Homes in 2005. The luxurious accommodation is spread over three floors with the ground floor boasting a spacious entrance hall with double casement doors opening to the principal reception rooms. Affording views to the front a delightful living room which is some 22' in depth and has a decorative feature fireplace as its centrepiece. Lying beyond is a beautifully decorated family room with double doors granting access to the rear gardens. The contemporary kitchen affords a comprehensive range of eye and base level units, together with beautiful granite work surfaces and integrated appliances. The kitchen lies open plan to the dining area which is a lovely light space with an attractive glass roof, together with glazed doors to the rear gardens. A separate utility room caters for the remaining white goods and offers side access to the garden. Completing the floor, and accessed from the hallway, are a good size study and practical cloakroom. The first floor features four bedrooms, all of which are accessed via a spacious landing area. Two of the bedrooms boast en suite facilities, whilst bedrooms three & four share a 'Jack & Jill' style bathroom suite. An additional staircase from the landing leads to two further versatile rooms which are serviced by a three piece bathroom facility. These rooms could serve as bedroom five and six if needed or equally as further reception space. The current format consists of a games room and one further guest suite. Both rooms benefit from access to particularly large eaves storage rooms.
