"This luxurious detached family home offers spacious accommodation arranged over three floors and is presented to the highest of standards. Upon entering, an impressive reception hall grants access to the principle rooms which have solid wood American walnut flooring laid throughout. The main sitting room measures over 23' in length and enjoys a lovely front to back dual aspect with double doors opening to the rear gardens beyond and an attractive feature fireplace providing a focal point to the room. Both the dining and family rooms are well proportioned with the former also enjoying a rear aspect with double doors to the garden. The kitchen/breakfast room has been tastefully fitted with an extensive range of eye and base level units and granite work surfaces. Integrated appliances include a Neff double oven and microwave oven and a Miele range of five ring induction hob, dishwasher, larder fridge-freezer, washing machine and separate tumble dryer. The utility room, which lies adjacent, is fitted and includes a water softener. The floor is completed by a practical cloakroom, with slab marble vanity unit and cupboard below, and fitted coats room, both of which are located off the hallway.
