LOCATION The property is located in a sought after residential location, approximately one and a half miles west of Maidenhead town centre.
The town centre offers a wide range of shopping and recreational facilities including an indoor precinct, multiplex cinema and leisure centre, along with a mainline railway station providing fast trains to London Paddington in under half an hour. This station is set to form part of the future Crossrail project anticipated in 2018.
The M4 at junction 8/9 is approximately three miles away, providing links to London and the M25 motorway network.
