"This beautiful former Granary is tucked away in the heart of the village of Kintbury. The property has been sympathetically converted to create a comfortable, light and airy home. Great thought has gone into the conversion, to enhance modern day living, with the bedrooms and bathrooms on the ground floor, and the living space on the first floor. A good sized hallway leads to three bedrooms and the family bathroom. The master bedroom has a recently re-fitted stylish en-suite bathroom with the added benefit of under floor heating. There is a guest bedroom and the third bedroom makes an ideal study or young child?s room. The staircase leads up from the hall to the main living space, opening to the living room, dining area and kitchen with velux windows which flood the room with natural light. There is an appealing lofty feel and a huge sense of space derived from the height of the vaulted ceiling. There is access to a useful utility space which is tucked away, and there is a separate ladder to a further mezzanine level which is for occasional use.

The property stands in the centre of the popular village of Kintbury in a conservation area and Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
