Owners Comments...

The house was a perfect start for us 15 years ago when we moved in and has grown with us with our young family. We love the amount of natural light the home brings in through the lounge bay window and the double aspect master bedroom. The children have enjoyed the two bedrooms at the rear which have peaceful views of the garden and trees. The garden has always felt very private and the accessible garage has given us a balance of both office space and storage, with parking for both cars on the driveway.

Winkfield Row has been a fantastic location for us to bring a young family up in. With three play parks all within walking distance and Winkfield St. Mary s school less than 10 minute walk away the area has provided a safe and nurturing environment for us all. The whole Carnation estate has a quiet, friendly and family vibe and community feel for dog walkers too.

Area Comments...

The Carnation estate is a development set within Winkfield Row which is surrounded by countryside giving the development a semi rural feel while being striking distance of nearby towns of Ascot, Bracknell and Windsor. The development has a community centre called Carnation Hall a short walk from the property and The Cricketers pub and restaurant is only a 10 minute walk.

Matt & Ovie Comments...

This house will tick a lot of boxes, whether you re a first time buyer, a young family, or looking to downsize.. You enter the home into an entrance hall with space for shoes and coats and then there is a door onto the living room with a bay window. To the rear of the home there is a generous refitted kitchen diner with space for all your appliances, plus room for a large dining table perfect for when you have the whole family round.

Upstairs, you ll find three bedrooms and a family bathroom, with the main bedroom benefitting from built in wardrobes. For storage there is a loft ladder which provides access to the boarded loft.

For those that work from home, the garage has been partially converted into an office space, with the front of the garage still benefitting from storage and to the front of the garage is driveway parking for two cars.
